International Association for Impact Assessment South Africa Annual National Conference 2021 on “Rethinking IEM in Pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals”

Today, Global Environmental Law Centre, Acting Director, Dr Angela van der Berg, will be presenting a paper at the IAIAsa - International Association for Impact Assessment South Africa Annual National Conference 2021 on “Rethinking IEM in Pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals”. Dr van der Berg was invited to participate in a Panel Discussion put together by the Environmental Law Association of South Africa on "Recent Case Law and Development Relevant to SDGs and South Africa’s IEM Process and Tools". Dr van der Berg joins panel members, Adv Peter Kantor (Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, Ms Catherine Warburton (Director: Warburton Attorneys) and Dr Tiisetso John Rantlo (North West University).
